Day Posted May 20, 2018 Share Posted May 20, 2018 Not expecting any real surprise departures, I think the only players that would surprise me if they left would be Davies, Huddlestone, Lawrence and Wisdom which I don’t see happening. Would Ledley be a surprise? He’s on a short term deal, found himself out the team recently, wouldn’t command a huge fee given his age, added PL experience to a newly promoted Cardiff team, back home to Wales, no surprise. When I talk of Vydra being sold, I'm talking far more about FFP requirements than cash that Mel might want to bring in. There's no way I can possibly know about the last bit. Rowett will need funds to rebuild the team, replacing several players who are looking a bit leggy.
