Put Thomas in you will see what I mean Yes I've seen players in the Championship and Premiership 100s of them I've also seen every under23 match for two seasons ( I travel on their couch ) so obviously see more of them than you do

It's called brown nosing. It goes off all the time where I work. It's  mainly done by clingons and sad people who are climbing the corporate ladder.

I think these days “brown nosing” seems to have changed to “reaching out”, “leaning in” and other such transatlantic babble
