Turkey is a dry bird, refusing to acknowledge the fact to continue a strange tradition. Why do you think Bernard Matthews had to cover it in crap? A bird which for 99% of the year nobody will touch so cheap to buy, had to do something to be able to flog it. Arguing against it is like saying water isn’t wet.
