Interesting ... definitely think moving away from 433 is a good idea given our lack of hold up striker. 

Personally I like 4231 with hughes as a 10 when he's available, but this sounds good, hard to get a feel of it with no radio coverage at uni.

Correct, only this week in the Telegraph did Scott Carson state that the players didn't know what to do playing Pearsons formation and were much, much happier at 4-3-3

 

Fast forward to today aaannndddd we're playing Pearson's formation, cracking

carson wasn't talking about formation, he was talking about style of play.
