He signed for them in 2014 so it would make sense with the standard three-year-contract running to 2017. If that is the case, then good luck to them if they're hoping to get £8mil for a striker who has 6 months left on his contract. Not going to happen. I believe his contract expires in 2018 so he'd have 18 months left at that point. Still quite a lot to ask for a striker who's only scored 3 goals so far this season.
