EnigmaRam
Well it's good times ahead if the best thing to moan about is the bloody ties they were wearing!!
robglosta
Wonder if that's why Mel got rid of Clement, he preferred a smart tie.

Nice width, subtle colour combination - the woven look could be the pattern within a silk tie (although knitted is on trend so it could be - well spotted!) cosmic
A topic about ties, weaves and knitting?! How pointless. Clothes thread.
SIWY
Maybe the reason we had to wait a week for Pearson to have his press conference was that we were waiting for the ties to be delivered? Will all season ticket holders get one for free just like we all got a scarf this season?

RadioactiveWaste
Wasn't fussed on the horizontal stripes. I think a new innovation would be the "Pearson rage level" tie that measures his blood pressure and pulse rate and changes the thickness of the white stripes as he gets closer to blowing a gasket. Mostly black and there's some work for the interviewer to do, mostly white you're getting there. Then when he goes full ostrich the stripes start moving up the tie like a fruit machine when it pays out.
Pearl Ram
Mel won't be bothered about this, it's all down to whether we get Windsor knot at the start of the season that'll be on his mind.
Boycie
I'd have thought you'd want a clip on tie for safety reasons if Pearsons about?
