Jon_Grooves
Im not sure how many points we got at the end of that season, are Aston Villa still on track to be worse than us?
TheDeadlySaul
Doubt it. The Villa squad is bad, but nowhere near as bad as ours was.
Ramos
can't see it, 1 win and 2 draws and they will be up with it. Just can't see any team ever losing the amount of games in a row we did.
Sith Happens
We got 11, we had 6 points at the same stage so you could say yes, but we had 6 points after 11 games. It then took us another 27 to get a further 5. It wont happen - Villa will beat it easily. Probably get low 20's.
Cam the Ram
I think they're on less points now than we were at this stage of that season, but I really can't see them not getting at least 6 points from 22 games. I can see them getting past the 11 points mark within the next 2 months probably. They've got an injury hit West Ham to play at home in a couple of weeks and games against Sunderland, Norwich, West Brom and Palace shortly after that. They're awful but I'm sure they'll get close to, or more than 6 points from that little bunch of games.

WorksopRam
I don't think anyone will ever 'beat' our record. Woo-hoooooo!
bigbadbob
I'm not that bothered if no one beats it. At least we hold a record for something and will be a pub quiz question for years to come
davenportram
we still haven't conceded the most goals in a premiership season. 5 Jaffa cakes if you can name the team that has.

IronRam 140.6
Off tip of my head (pointed due to being a rural dweller) I'd say Swindon or Bradford.

We have in a 38 game season actually. Swindon for a 42 game season.

davenportram
Just now, Chris Mills said: We have in a 38 game season actually. Swindon for a 42 game season. ah yes correct on both counts. But they conceded more goals and a higher goal conceded per game average too.
Cisse
Villa will get at least 14 points.
Mafiabob
Just wait for the annual "worst team in history" tweets when Villa beat it...
Wolfie20
Most unlikely they won't beat our record low (almost proud of that now) but I hope they get relegated and think they will. Arrogant bunch of fans!
Tombo
Every year we have this. It always starts to go a bit better for the team in question as soon as someone makes a thread about. You bloody jinx. Villa to win 3-0 next weekend.
RadioactiveWaste
No way. We were far worse. If they get Jewell in though, they might give it a go.

Nope. Don't think that will ever be beaten if I am honest. 11 points is just ridiculous when you think about it. That squad was League 1 quality & we were desperately unlucky in a lot of games as well, late goals, dodgy penalties etc. Villa will go down but will get at least 20 points surely.
