Loan with a view to permanent would be possible and favour both clubs. In 2nd, 2 points behind Man City and Wenger is untouchable until he decides to retire, Arsenal will never get rid and I can't see him walking to take another job either. Ibe has been on the bench for all 3 of Klopps games coming on twice, Flanagan was out for the whole of last season and had a second knee op which he was ruled out for 9 months in April.
