Getting a bit cocky aren't they!

Last post of that thread -

In defence of Derby many do see the synergy in us both playing the game in the right way, and therefore support the concept that two footballing sides might get promoted.

But we have not played recently, so after we beat them things might change next week!

I didn't see a whiff of football from them in Oct.  About as anti football as you could get that night...

That European football site is pretty good, interesting that Bournemouth have never been in the top flight where Derby has occupied it for over 70 years.

You can understand why they are getting over excited.

Derby supporters begrudging us a moment in the sun? Either your stock has fallen or ours has risen.

If you go back up this thread, you'll notice one or two comments with reference to playing against 10-men; you don't apply such sentiments to yourselves?

Not really seen anyone begrudge Bournemouth on here and I have no idea where this anit-Bournemouth feeling you think we have has come from. Seen a lot of people say they'd rather you than Boro or Ipswich (certainly the latter).

If there's any anti-Bournemouth sentiment it's probably directed at Eddie Howe after a dirty display from his Burnley side a few year's back.

Everyone needs to calm down. Scan each other's forums and you'll see plenty of posts containing mis-truths and inaccuracies. Let it slide. Both clubs need to learn that this is what it's like when you're at the top end of a table.

"begrudging" :D  Just understanding while you are all very excitable atm.

If we are comparing it Clough years then it has quite obviously fallen.

Currently it's definitely on the up and every Derby fan is loving life right now  :)

You were negative from the first minute to the last, Camp's sending off did not alter the outcome of the game or your approach to it.  Did you forget that if the mardy little daddy's Boy hadn't have been shown the red a goal putting us 1-0 up will have stood...

That sounds like you're playing on the whole big club/small club thing?

The promotion race won't be decided on who has the biggest stadium or who won the most trophies in 1972.

You don't seem quite as excitable as Watford

And there is reason #2 to dislike Eddie Howe.

"I'd rather have gone 1-0 down and had 11v11"

You'd rather have gone 1-0 down in a game you barely threatened anything in than it be 0-0 and us have a free kick?

Is he the first manager ever to argue with the referee that the opposition should have a goal allowed?
