Out of interest are there any of my predictions you think are miles out? I would be very very happy with 68 points from 36 games especially considering our last 10 games seem lot easier than the next few. I think 3-0 against Bournemouth looks a bit optimistic. I think 3-0 against Bournemouth looks a bit optimistic. In fact I see us dropping to 5th before we play Forest. After that the games look a lot easier, so we could finish the 2nd half of season almost as strongly as we finished the first half of season, ie winning nearly every game. But not the next few Burnley away Reading away? No thanks.

Albert
nope I put in my predictions then set up the formulas to do the new league table. Out of interest are there any of my predictions you think are miles out?Predictions on a game by game basis are a bit pointless to be honest. It's a bit like predicting the result of two coins being thrown. The most likely outcome is always that you get one heads and one tails, but to go ahead and predict that each time is completely pointless. It may happen 50% of the time, but the other 50% it'll be either both heads or both tails (25% chance each). That's what makes games like football interesting, you can't predict on a game by game basis, even if over the long term you can just about guess where teams will end up. That all said, if that's what the league table was when we faced Forest, I'd make us favourites to take that second automatic promotion spot, regardless of the result of the match. Phoenix
I may have got the stats slightly wrong, but QPR's fall-off since Big Mac left is quite spectacular. Before P10 W7 D2 L0 GF 10 GA 2 After P21 W9 D6 L6 GF 27 GA 22 I'm sure 'arry'll sort it. Personally can't see QPR staying the pace. What say you, Albert. 'Arry is making a similar mistake to what Nigel was making. Picking the best players and not the most effective team. For me you cannot have Krancjar in the same 2 man midfield as Barton. NC did this by trying to shoe-horn central midfielders into the team. Harry now needs to bring a young, updated coach, someone like Steve Clarke, to help him with his balance of the team. I can't see them getting points vs. Leicester or Burnley and I reckon they will probably beat Wigan. However, the other 3 are probably about right!! Looking at Derby's results, I don't think your far out. Should be an interesting next month!!!
