Mick McCarthy, also ****** them off, I imagine for similar reasons. As has been pointed out, this probably rules out established British managers with self respect. Worse for them in a way is that comment about no-one "English-wise" to talk to about football. I read it that the cull behind the scenes has gone so far that there's now Fridgy, the academy staff and the tea lady left. The mood around the camp must be vile. Losing millions every month, no staff, injury ravaged overpaid squad, poor team available. They couldn't lose at home to Charlton surely? Surely? Eh?
