Screengrab: Channel 4 A Labour councillor has claimed he fathered a child with an alien - and he has sexual relations with the extra-terrestrial about four times a year. Simon Parkes, a 53-year-old driving instructor and married father-of-three who sits on Whitby Town Council, said his wife was ‘very unhappy’ with the revelation. He added: ‘But it is not on a human level, so I don’t see it as wrong.' The known extra-terrestrial enthusiast said his intergalactic relations are with an alien being he calls ‘the Cat Queen’, and together they have fathered a child called Zarka. He made the comments speaking on Channel 4’s documentary, Confessions of an Alien Abductee. He said people claim he is 'mad' because they have not shared his experiences. ‘I can understand how you would say that because you have not seen anything yourself and that’s your immediate fall-back position,’ he said. ‘But you come and spend some time with me and follow me around for a day and you will actually walk away shaking your head because you will think actually he’s not mad. ‘There are plenty of people in my position who don’t chose to come out and say it because they are terrified it will destroy their careers.’ He said he is frequently followed by security services and was removed from a moving car by extra-terrestrials.
