This a deadline from Quantuma we have to bare in mind. How many have missed now? 999?
-
We need two new goal keepers having no senior keepers in the club, so aslong as his wage demands aren't high this could make sense. Ideally we need two GKs to fight for that number 1 spot.
-
If Davies, Cashin, Stearman and Fozzy all sign new deals I wouldn't have thought a CB would be far up the priority list.

Yes, the only ones missing that I could see was rav, bryne, Lawrence and knight. CKR, Davies (who has agreed a new deal), fozzy, Watson, cashin, Thompson, stearman, buchanan, bird, bielik, Stretton we’re all there. But tomorrows the interesting day with trailists set to come in tomorrow. Hopefully they come out soon
Did we have a senior goal keeper on trail?
Back to Ravel i'd love for him to stay he would be something special in League One.

I can't ever remember seeing him play but I we are linked with Joe Wildsmith who is out of contact and rejected Wednesdays new contract offer. Spent most of his time there as a number 2 it seems.

A bit left field, but Petr Cech has just left Chelsea in a performance role. At the age of 40, is there one last hurrah for him?
Haha you never know. How much would he wanting paying though?
-
I think there is a good chance of Davies, Fozzy, Stearman and CKR signing new contracts if they have all been in training today
-
We definitely need to bring in a experienced goalkeeper for me with what could well be a youthful backline (apart from Davies hopefully). Wayne Hennessey could be a suggestion?
A return for Bradley Johnson ? Will bring some physicality and experience to our midfield, is out of contact and lives locally.
-
If we have a team of kids then we could get turner over week, if we had a number of experienced pros supplemented with some players from the academy then I would be much more confident. If we have an experienced keeper with Davies, Fozzy, Bird, Knight, Sibley, CKR and let's say Cashin. Then it would be a different story.

I dont think so. People who've spoken to him claim he's staying ?♂️
I would get behind that, at least if we had Davies, Fozzy and CKR staying we would have some experience if much of our sqaud where kids.

Would be incredible in League One if he did and still wanted to come to us. Lots of ifs there ...

People need to move on and forget about Ashley and be thankful David Clowes has stepped up.

Mentioned him a few weeks ago Wayne Hennessy is looking for a club trying to cement a place in Wales World Cup squad would be a great signing for L1
Edit just seen Pope might be leaving Burnley so that’s probably him staying

Or we could get someone on loan, such as Southampton's Bazunu, Man City's Trafford or Chelsea's Cumming, who all did quite well in L1 last season.
Wayne Hennessy would be a good shout if he doesn't have massive wages demands.
I'm not sure if Ben Hamer would come given did got quite a bit of stick from fans when he was with us on loan.
Bazunu and Trafford are good suggestions too as they are talented, hungry and up and coming goal keepers. Part of me feels we need experience at the back though given how much reliance we may have our youth next season.

Shame to see Roos go. He would have been our number one next season for sure. Concerning that we have no senior goal keeper now.
Not sure who is a solid keeper, available on a free and willing to come to us in League 1.
-
Shame to see Roos go, he would have been a solid number 1 especially for League One. Is he definitely off? or could getting a contract on the table over the next couple of days tempt him to stay?

Curtis and Fozzy for sure but maybe not CKR as he can’t run a great deal anymore and play a full game
As we are short of bodies and leaders his presence will be welcome. We also need some sort of stability within in our sqaud so they can gel.
Although his days of playing every game for 90 minutes is gone, he is strong and physical and has experience to change game and provide something different.

It has been reported it is funding for the season sonwe can start trading etc
It's time to start renewing contract then for me. Not sure who will be leading an negotiations but surley giving the likes of Curtis, Fozzy and CKR deals who for me want to stay will give everyone a lift for when the return to training. Hopefully we get on the table for Cashin too, he has a bright future in the game.

Chris Powell as assistant? Knows the club, knows the leagues, plenty of experience. Think he’s involved in Spurs youth set up at the mo
I think he is a good shout for his assistant. As you say has connections with the club, experience in various leagues and could even help us bring some Spurs players on loan even?
