He’s done ok. Relative to expectation. He was ruthlessly exposed by Salford for 30 minutes and to his credit settled and improved. At Sheffield United he he did ok but nothing more. Against West Brom he / we were pinned back into a complete back 5 and defended for our lives for most of the game. Last ditch defending by everyone (to their credit) but very little opportunity to do anything other than make clearances and blocks. But I agree if it becomes a back 5 in any game and he has senior defenders talking him through it then fine…if Buchanan and Fozzie are unavailable. Williams has potential but he’s not ahead of either just yet.
So you’d replace Buchanan and / or Fozzie with 18 yr old Williams due to them being poor lately but opt to play Buchanan as a centre back instead of a centre back who’s been reliable and solid every time he’s played?
The important ones like goals and chances created. Not sideways passes in his own half.

Why not Jozwiak in RWB like he is for Poland?

Shinnie needs to be in the middle in my opinion. He is the unsung hero, does all the dirty work in midfield that lots of people don't notice. Huge miss when he's not there. 
Dylan Williams at LWB in place of Morrison as he's suspended anyway.

I think RWB could be good for Festy as well. Gives him a chance to run at people and try to make things happen, whilst still having the cover behind him. Also Byrne has not been his usual self this season so far.

Well to the players we need you come out fighting and give everything you have and more you can not let that snake win. You go to millwall get into there faces and not back down to them. You need to play like you did against WBA we know you can do it and now go and get those 3 points that we desperately need right now. When chances come shoot on site on millwall goal and try get them in there goal. Go and put things right with a win against millwall. 1600 going already if Pay on the day we had nearly 3k at Barnsley you will probley get well over 2k for millwall.

looked to me like Baldock was playing a bit more on the right side than up front with Kazim to be honest

we currently don't have enough wingers to play a proper 4-2-3-1 though. We end up shoehorning Knight and Sibley into those positions, and Lawrence isn't a winger either. 
3-4-3 or 3-5-2 actually suits our players much better as wingers are not required. 
4-2-3-1 is also less solid than the 3-4-3/3-5-2. Just look at Man Utd as a perfect example of this.

Just play a solid 4231 every game be hard to beat don’t always play out from the back.
Tell CKR to stay up front in the centre of the pitch so we have a long ball option to beat teams that play high press. 
 
We simply do not have the players to play any other formation because most of the first teams squad are not mobile enough or have the energy to last 90 mins.

I thought the performance was actually good tonight. Just one of those games…structurally awkward maybe ..,Ebs should start - such a threat & talent..Barnsley won without trying. Respectfully I was there, were you?
