All these reasons you keep rolling out to remove goals, have you done the research on every player in the division to come up with a new scoring chart?
So the criteria is you don't include pens, so also don't include free kicks.
No rebounds allowed, so no tap ins from someone else's shot also as that's the same.
No goals against kids meaning the trophy games so none against any team that isn't full strength, which realistically is all cup goals, and whilst we are at it, if a goal is scored against an opposition that doesn't have 11 men on the pitch at the time shouldn't count either.
I think goals against the bottom half teams can arguably be discounted for the players in the top 6 as it isnt a fair contest, after all we don't want anyone to be regarded as flat track bullies, these are the teams that should be beaten anyway as they are rubbish, no better than the 'kids' in the pizza cup as you put it.
So once you've done that we can have a reasoned discussion.
Oh, one more thought, the games discounted due to poor opposition mean they shouldn't count in the total number of games played either, so to make it easy, create a chart where only goals against the top 10 (for ease just use today's table) are scored.
It may make loads of difference,  it may not, I have no idea, but gut feel is, the order in the chart won't look much different to what's on the BBC website, if it does I suggest you write in and complain.

End of the day hes moved to a club about 15 places above us in the pyramid, we go up and we'll be expecting to beat them at PP next season.

Lampard and Morris - not doing anything these days.
Or, if you prefer, how about McClaren and Simpson - Schteve won't be at United much longer.
Come on, it would be more fun than what we're going through, eh?

Sensationalism doesn't change the facts. I've not seen anyone saying anything daft about Collins, certainly not over-praising to the same extent he was vilified and overly-criticised before.
How many chances did he get against Cheltenham? 1... and he scored it. So from our most recent example, this argument falls flat on its face.
Yes, compared to Messi, he's distinctly mediocre as a footballer. But for the level we're at, and what he's giving to the club, he's been a star this season, and deserves the praise he's getting.

You can't say "Sensationalism doesn't change the facts" and then in the next breath say "How many chances did he get against Cheltenham? 1... and he scored it". You are literally using sensationalism to change the facts!
And the facts are (as illustrated above) his chance to goal ratio isn't great. The stats say it, we've seen it.
Anyway, this is done to death. You'll hear no more from me.

I had a quick look at that earlier hoping for better results, although you've got to remember that a shot isn't necessarily a chance and I can't really remember him missing loads of good chances

Is that Didzy who was going to re-sign? And Knighty who he made look poor, so that many Derby fans thought he was as bad as Birdy seems now?!
During most of Warne's spell at Derby I don't recall very much good team play for a whole game, just flashes and then moments of individual play.
Didzy lit up last season and kept the light off Warne.

Warne doesn’t have just one way of playing. We played some lovely football during the 15-game run last season, however that was heavily dependent on McGoldrick and Knight bringing balance to the team.
Having not been able to replace those two sufficiently, we have had to try another approach.
I think hopefully things will be easier when the restrictions are lifted and we have more flexibility in the market. Bringing better players into the fold can and will evidently make a difference. A player with the quality of a McGoldrick can bind a team together.
It’s very easy to say we should be working towards a sustainable place in the Championship now. However the phrase trying to run before we can walk would spring to mind.

Honestly have no idea why or what you get out of supporting Derby.  Just a constant stream of moans about players or the manager.  You only ever say anything good as a means of slagging off something else.  I get you don't like the manager and there are plenty on here who have relevant things to say in that respect .  Not you though.  Utterly pathetic.

People are criticising him for not being strong enough in tackling etc. He's never been a good tackler, so why is he being asked to do it? He shouldn't even be running around this much. Isn't that what Fornah was bought for?
The worst thing about that heat map is the place you want him to be the most is the place he is the least. That being around the D shooting.

Rosenior signed the players he signed intending to play them in certain roles. NML had been used as a wing back at Wendy. He refused to sign a new contract as they still wanted him as a WB and he didn't want to play there. Why did he sign for Rosenior? My guess is that LR told him he wanted to play him as a winger. Then we had the managerial change and PW started to play him as a WB. Fortunately, he now sees him as the attacking player he is and plays him, mainly, in attacking roles.
Had PW been in charge in the summer of 2022, I think he would probably have told NML he'd be used as a WB and he wouldn't have signed for Derby. Just my opinion.

But we have only really lost Nyambe from the team over that time. Forsyth has missed a couple but Elder covered for him quite well.
Even without those 2 players we still have a far superior squad to our opposition each game
Your right, we do lack control. The fact that we got away with it for 10 or so games is irrelevant for me. Look what happens as soon as we come up against a decent side like peterborough. How will we cope in the championship with this approach when every single team will be at least at peterborough's level.

Of course he's better as an out and out attacker because that's what he is. Why would anyone play him in wing back? Thank Rosenior we signed him, because Warne could never could.
Its a shame Warne only realised we were better suited to a back 4 after he signed all those players for his back 3 formation

    Spot on.
Warne has drained me of all enthusiasm. I’ve been a die hard fan for too many years to mention, but not feeling the excitement  with Warne and his methods

It’s all opinions re enjoyment. I’ve always enjoyed a direct game where the ball moves from defence to attack quickly. I actually enjoyed a few of the Gary Rowett games. I distinctly remember us turning Fulham over on a Tuesday night where Dave Nugent was on fire.

Gonna get pelters for this but Warne’s football is the worst I have seen in my time watching Derby. We are in the lowest position we have ever been since I have started watching the Rams, and there is such an absence of any football know how on the pitch. No midfield, no game plan, just get it out wide and cross until the ball somehow lands at the strikers feet.

I don't think Warnes got the best out of NML at all. He's just that good of a player at this level that he still performs well. He's been made to play striker and wing back at times.
