That was really bad. The ball was in the air far too much for which both sides were to blame.

Who is this mythical CBT of whom you speak.  I believe we randomly picked some geezer, took his photo gave him a game and £50 quid to make out we'd signed a player for money.

Yes, need to manage expectations regarding Gayle, remembering that he was a last ditch signing. Would probably be OK as a stop gap while others return to fitness. But all things considered, what should we realistically be expecting of Waghorn, who's form seemed to have dipped since his hat trick at P'boro?

Very similar to the Stevenage game and several others recently. Going to be a bumpy ride till the end of the season . Most disappointing was the passing by our best midfield players - certainly not Championship level.

I’m not expecting too much from him, was just observing that Ward is a very capable crosser of the ball and from what I briefly noticed about Gayle yesterday he seems to have good movement and intelligence in and around the box. The combined assets of those two players COULD be useful for us.

Was really impressed with there midfield 2 yesterday ahead of Connell, Herbie Kane and the brace getter Adam Phillips. I’d love to take Herbie Kane in the summer who’s out of contract, he gets about the pitch and consistently gets goals from midfield. Even though he doesn’t look it he’s also only 25.

No, thought I'd leave them in peace to enjoy the game. Kids around us were very excited, more their thing than mine.
