I didn’t realise. According to the BBC they owe £190m in transfer fees of which £73m is due by the end of June. Shame. 😀

Nah apparently in massive financial trouble and will have to sell a lot of players

A lot can change between now and August.
Isn’t it a possibility that Leeds will also lose some of their better players?
Summerville, Gnonto, Rutter, Meslier, Piroe and Gray could all conceivably attract top flight interest either here or abroad.
They have also got players who will return to their parent clubs (Rodon, Roberts and Anthony) and players who perhaps joined with the expectation of an immediate return to the PL (Ampadu, Kamara).
It could be a different looking Leeds in eight weeks’ time.

Just incase anyone misses the 300 times sky mention it Archie Gray is the great nephew of Eddie Gray

Reggie Greenwood reacted to Tamworthram in Punching above our weight. What do you think would elevate us above mid table next season?
Just to be a pedant, the capacity is only 62,500 so they don't actually get 65,000. In fact, the average attendance has only exceeded 60,000 in one season since moving.

Reggie Greenwood reacted to Ghost of Clough in Transfer rumours
You mean like Stoke signing Johansson last week despite him being under contract at Rotherham (until 2025) and it not being the transfer window?
"Viktor Johansson has signed a three-year deal with Stoke City."
"The transfer will become effective upon the opening of the summer window"

He was at Derby far longer than most managers, while most supporters wanted him to succeed because of who he was, it just wasn’t working, with attendances falling rapidly.
We were in 14th place when he was sacked.
He took 4 attempts to get Mansfield promoted from league two despite being well backed by the Chairman.

He did his own scouting? Wasn't it his brother?
I've always wondered why if he's so marvellous he takes an absolute age to take a team up?
I don't think he's got that managerial flair to get a team into the prem? He's a bit of a steady Eddie, imo.
Watched Mansfield a bit last season. people thinking Warne was a hard watch want to take in a few of their games!
