SaffyRam reacted to Day in Dundee Great Escape 10/11
They were deducted 25 points after going into administration, leaving them 20 points adrift at the bottom of the table.
They finished 6th, 24 points ahead of 9th and 10th.
Their joint second top goalscorer with 8 goals?
This man.

Another statement of bland nothingness. The sooner these idiots are removed from power, the better. I hope today's encouraging news doesn't relieve the pressure on this (dis)organisation.

duck off. The EFL that is. Not interested in anything they have to say anymore.
As if they welcome this in any way other than they are protected.

So reporters on your side are reporting the result of a confidential agreement and saying Gibson won! Now there's a surprise.
I'd still rather see forest go up than any team owned by that permed ?

Gibson's often-denied vendetta with Morris has been set aside from the club, and the acquiescent EFL can breathe a sigh of relief, and top up their Pimms. Enjoy, Parry - you might soon be clearing your desk.
Quantuma have been frustrated in their intentions (and capability) of naming a PB since December, when the claims' status was cited by EFL, Gibson & Cowpig and bidders as a critical issue for prior resolution. I think next week we will see a PB revealed.,
Gibson was cynical with his agenda, aided and abetted by Parry being stuck with splinters up his @ rse for 2 months.
The Gibson agenda was to push DCFC to the brink and crucially, to bleed them of players, in an already thin squad with 2 years of embargoes behind it, anticipating that relegation would be assured.
It had not worked out that way due to The Rams' performances, so spinning out the transfer window was Plan B for him.
Though it has increased the likelihood of relegation, it also denies fans from enjoying great young talent in their team, with them being now sacrificed for a fraction of their potential value, in addition to setting DCFC back years in their ability to compete.
Just as satisfying as screwing a payment out of DCFC for him, I'd suspect - even if 'Derby fans deserve better', as the callous parasite dared to say; one of the most insulting utterances of the whole affair.
It finally dawned on Gibson that he would have to take up Morris's (belated) offer - as no doubt, when some elements of Rams fans were going to find themselves without a club, it was a worry that they would then make the Millwall Vs. DCFC play-off semi-final all those years ago, look like a 'Call The Midwife' crocheting party at The Riverside this Saturday.
Whatever the result at The Riverside, I hope fans behave; any kind of result is a bonus but Rooney & The Boys will be unbowed.
If Boro fans want a party when Derby go down, rest assured, we will party royally if Boro fail to make the play-offs, and/or fail in the play-offs! Their status as heinous rivals in parallel with The Red Dogs and DirtyLeeds is permanently assured.
With MFC having filed a tidy £35.5 million loss last season, their accounts will be closely watched for a breach. Hopefully, it will be more significant than the tax amounts that the hypocrite sold off to his haulage group a few years ago - and will prove punitive. They can always revive their 'stayed' legal fight with the EFL and make another parasite claim.
Hopefully soon, Parry, Birch & Ridsdale & Co will be sacked off, so that The League can be run by more competent people.

This is already outdated following the latest news, but I just wanted to share my favourite comment from the Mail article:

Gibson is still a Banker. He stretched this out as long as he could.
He could have settled this months ago. Think of the damage he has done to DCFC and players we have lost
during that time. No forgiveness from me. Never will be any.

Presumably Wycombe's claim is being given the consideration it deserves.
None.

Yet again fans are looking for answers to questions and you’re trying to shut those down with information that you can’t prove, having caught up with the topic there is multiple examples of this.
You attempted to shut down my Football Creditor topic, an issue which is clearly relevant and been picked up on both by MP’s and the media, even yesterday one MP telling the EFL to tread very carefully as they could remove the Football Creditor status for everyone and forced to operate like a usual business. A threat that has come from the EFL’s insistence on us treating both Boro and Wycombe’s claims of football debt.
Regulation 4.4, a regulation which Middlesbrough’s lawyers sent to Mel Morris, omitting a key line that says only the EFL can take action, yet you believe the regulation to be a non issue as it’s just on good faith. Please explain why the Middlesbrough lawyers used that in their letters to Mel Morris to form their claim if it’s not relevant, have you seen the claim and have a better understanding of it than the clubs lawyers?
And here we are again, trying to say bilateral contracts exist between clubs, which again just isn’t true. This is true in the Premier League hence why it’s written for all to see, it’s also been seen in court with cases between clubs. Yet you will not find a single line of proof this exists from the EFL, nor will you have any examples of clubs suing each other in the EFL because it just does not exist.
Please, please, stop spreading misinformation whilst we as a community of fans within the fanbase are trying to find answers from the EFL, it’s not helpful and completely counter productive as we try to help save our club.
