Off to Lisbon in the near future. Never been before so would be grateful for any tips on things to do/ places to visit/ restaurant recommendations. Cheers.

Did the Lisbon half marathon a few weeks ago and extended the stay for a bit of tourism.

We stayed in Bairro Alto, which is nice. But went over to Alfama more than once for food  including a wander round the castle near there.

  2. The main problem is the “Northampton Syndrome”. Losing/failing to win games that if football was only played in theory then we would win them.

I think it will boil down to being ruthless with the goal scoring chances that come our way. The defence should keep it down to one per game conceded.

The natural balance is NML on one wing with CBT on the other, but the problem was we lacked a striker, so Warne chose to use NML centrally to help Washington (who's clearly not match fit). NML just struggled to get into the game as he works best receiving wide where there's more space and driving.

I think it took CBT a while to get into it, but when he did, I thought we were dangerous on both flanks which has not often been the case.

Our first game in “the 11-point season” was a 2-2 draw against Pompey.  I remember leaving the ground thinking “that was pretty good, I think we’ll do alright this season”.

I remember thinking the same. Didn’t Andy Todd score?

  5. We have a great away record so should not be worried about this match unnecessarily.

When we played them at home I was not overly impressed, so with injury situation improving I fancy us hitting them hard on the breakaway. COYR
