PistoldPete got a reaction from I know nuffin in Alan Nixon Breaks Silence on American Billionaire Bid
Exactly. It's very senstive stuff, we don't want to pish off one of the bidders or HMRC or anyone by saying the wrong thing and scuppering the whole deal. Let's just be patient for now.

Yeah, as I say, having been on both sides I understand the frustration, just like everyone else I would love to know the latest now, but laying into those fan groups isn't going to get the minutes out any quicker.

Oh dear. He will never make a journalist. Maybe he should get a job at the Sun or the Daily Mail.

But they are all good. Fast show a bit repetitive but still good.

Yeah I was thinking that, two ex England centre backs. I think Rooney has some better youngsters though. Also competition tougher now in the Championship than it was nearly 40 years ago.

Peter Taylor had some really good players , just that most of them were well past it or always injured.
Kenny Burns, Archie Gemmill, John Robertson, Steve Powell, Steve Buckley, Paul Futcher. Bobby Davison. Even Roy McFarland occasionally and Dave Watson.

Lampard is very clever. Just that managing in the Championship was not his specialist subject.

Agreed. I think there is a deposit payable. So unlikely a buyer would pull out after selection as a preferred bidder. But not impossible.

If there is another lockdown it won't just be the Tory backbenchers rebelling.

Yes exactly .. I have amended my wording to reducing the spread rather than stopping it . But really if you reduce the risk you have stopped some people from getting the virus . I think some people are really being disingenuous.

You could be right. But they might not want to announce an agreement .. they haven’t given much detail about the agreement with the other creditors.

January fire sales are not the answer. Selling players for less than they are worth could put buyers off.

Yes I cannot see liquidation being very likely and certainly not before the summer.

If you wear a seatbelt you can still die or be injured in a car crash. Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t wear one especially if you are Richard Keogh.
