It's inconceivable to imagine that we will continue to struggle to score goals with Collins, Barkhuizen, Mendez-Laing, McGoldrick, Sibley and Dobbin as options especially if you add the set piece quality of Hourihane. And as we all know the best way to combat teams that park the bus is to score first.
One defeat from our first 5 competitive games, 1 loss in 3 away from home, 7 points from 4 league games, close to 2 points per game which over a season gives you 92 points and only 3 goals conceded. Last night was frustrating but lets be honest, there's plenty to be positive about if youre that way inclined.

All of our forwards, with the exception of Dobbin, have contributed regular goals throughout their career, and a regular providers for others. I guess that some football fans are so determined to be downbeat that they are prepared to ignore facts.

If you're a forest fan I don't see that there's any reason for pessimism. They have gone up and spent big on players that generally should be able to contribute at Premiersh*t level.
As a fan of another club I would love to be able to laugh at them and be confident that they are going to be floundering at the bottom of the league but unfortunately I just don't see that being the case.
They are spending money that it is impossible to spend in the Championship due to FFP which is the root of the big problem facing football at the moment.
If they are relegated at the end of the season they are already virtual certainties to be promoted next season with the squad they will have, so as sad as it makes me feel, fair play to them.
Still hope that they have a sh*t season

Loads of analysis and a fair bit of negativity on here this evening but at this stage of the season, with a completely new team, on a boiling hot day, the result is literally the ONLY thing that matters.
If we play like we did in the first half we can beat anybody, if we play like we did in the second half we could lose to anybody.
The referee made a meal out of a pretty regulation game, with some bewildering decisions but thankfully he didnt really impact the game.
Cashin was just incredible and it seems that the harder the game the better he plays which to me is the sign of a superstar.
When all is said and done, winning home games is the minimum we should expect but the away form is the thing that will define our season, so put today to the back of your mind and focus on Tuesday because another away defeat could seriously start weighing heavy on the mind of the players.
