I haven’t noticeably struggled with any of the dialogue. I do read the plot summary of episodes after watching on Wikipedia though, as I do with other top shows to make sure I followed everything.

BBQ pork shoulder, cooked low and slow for 5 hours and 1 hour resting. Gravy from the drippings, cider and apple juice.. Tender as and the gravy was excellent..

Rewatching Freaks and Geeks on amazon prime.
Really good show from 1999 starring James Franco, Seth Rogen and Jason Segel.
Only 18 episodes as it got cancelled early but well worth a watch.
