I would be a little supprised if he goes now. Looks like we will be able to offer people contracts now. Played the most football he's played in years last season. 

Does the loan mean we can offer contracts to our soon to be out of contract players?

Surely Appleby or MM would be better owners of derby, than a total unknown.

Actually what am I saying, Q just have to put forward the highest bid as the preferred bidder.

They don't really care if its in the best interests of the fans.

I wonder if Q will face legal action from Appleby of MA on this, only time will tell.

Looking to get a transfer to another club is one thing. At least the club would get some needed money. But to try to legally have your contract cancelled is disappointing. Wish they had the same level of commitment that Rooney and many others have shown. If they fail in their legal action and remain with us I would be supprsied to see them on the team sheet again.
