I have a feeling that Bolton will absolutely walk the semi’s against Barnsley, head in to the final thinking it’s theirs in the bag and then lose to Peterborough at Wembley.

Anyone slightly worried that me might be in trouble with EFL?
Ref blew whistle 2 minutes into injury time and everyone piled on the pitch, when the announced ET was 4 minutes.
I doubt it. If the ref has issue then it should have been paused rather than just blowing the whistle early.
I did think I can see the game being paused/postponed the way some fans were acting.

Be interesting to see what Bielik and Buchanan do if they are relegated. They were quick to jump ship with us and hardly panned out well for them.

- Carlisle won't beat us by 2+ goals

-Peterborough won't win the next two games by 9+ goals
We're Championship as far as I'm concerned.
I’m sure it’s only a 4 goal swing required.
Bolton still have a slim chance…if for some bizarre reason Carlisle were to score first and Bolton score first against Peterborough, that would only need another two goals in their favour.
Peterborough will more than likely be resting players so stranger things have happened.

What a result! A win on the weekend should do it!

Trying to look on the bright side, even if Bolton manage a draw on Saturday and we win, it will be back in our hands again.
Exactly that. Plus the gap would be 4 points not 1 until they play their game in hand. They’d still have to win 3 games against our 2 wins.

Sadly Portsmouth will have secured 1st place and taken their foot off the gas when they play Bolton, who will therefore take 2nd place!
It should be Portsmouth fighting for 2nd place, not us.
How does that work? They play each other next and after our draw Portsmouth can confirm promotion and the league by winning…if anything they should be more up for it.

A point isn't awful? Now it's out of our hands and we are playing catching up with Bolton, they have a game in hand and can go above with that game , pathetic
Bolton have to play arguably the best two sides in the league in Portsmouth and Peterborough.
If Bolton lose on Saturday and we win, it’s back in our hands…plenty of twists and turns yet.

A point wouldn’t even be awful tonight but Jesus wept this performance is just not good enough.
Exactly this. A point isn’t awful but the performance has been horrendous.

It’s quite embarrassing for Hourihane how easily he’s beaten. He literally can’t even stand up properly when making a challenge.

Collins playing deep, could be the single worst decision I’ve ever seen. Not like he’s known for his tidy feet and nice passing. It’s not working Warne change it.
Its bonkers. He cannot pick the ball up and drive with it. Absolutely mind boggling.

Washington needs to release the ball earlier. A few times now he’s tried to run with it, managed to lose control and played a sloppy off balance pass at the end.

I don’t see us losing to Wycombe and if we do then it will be a disaster.
They don’t play until 4:30pm tomorrow. They should be putting everything in to that game against a very athletic Peterborough side.
We play them 72 hours later where they’ll just about be sobering up or they’ll be downbeat. Either way they won’t fancy a game Wednesday night and will probably be planning their summer holiday.
Wycombe is a must win in my eyes. We can’t give Bolton the incentive that if they beat Portsmouth they could go above us.

Bolton penalty game over. They’ve been awful too.

A good point.
I think we still need another 8 points to be sure, so 2 wins and 2 draws please.

Shaun Barker. Dodgy dress sense but I think he does a decent job.
I’m watching Sky, but it would be funny if Shaun Barker sounded like him!

Poor attempt at a tackle from Collins and Thompson. Also hard to tell with the conditions but Wildsmith might believe he could have done better with that.

Oh yeah absolutely shocking

Who’s this co-commentator? Sounds like commentating whilst running up and down the touchline or something.

The weather hampers them more than us, as much more of their game is about playing through the lines. Helps that our forwards thrive on chaos too
Thought they’d be used to wind and rain on the coast…and foxes pitch invading!

We cannot let Wildsmith go.
I didn’t realise he was even slightly unpopular - I’ve always liked him.
I only have to think back to Roos and all the flapping he used to do…used to give me nightmares.
We could do a lot lot worse.
