Sat in the south east corner when it was the noisy part of the ground. We were playing Cardiff and there was one away fan that stood out in a bright pink polo shirt. The chant of “the only gay in the village, gay in the village” was hilarious.

Return leg of the league cup semi final at old Trafford. Fergie rested Ronaldo who was a sub and had crashed his Ferrari during the week. Derby fans sang “your car is too fast for you”. He saw the funny side smiled and clapped when he was warming up, fair play.

Quite liked against Leicester once: "Thank you very much for Spencer Prior, thank you very much, thank you very very very much" To the tune for a Roses? advert.

One from the Pop side days.
Those were the days my freind we thought they'd  never end we won the league and then we won the shield we lived a life we choose we fight and never loose we are the RAMS oh yes we are the RAMS na na na na na na na na na we are the RAMS of yes We are the RAMS. 

The very first away game I went to on my own was Hillsborough. Think it was second division, they were at the top and we were near the bottom, and no one had much hope. We drew 0-0. Looking it up it was 7th March 1981. 
Standing behind the goal, for a long time we sang You'll Never Walk Alone. It was spiritual. Forever etched in my memory.

Always liked the We Only Had 10 Men after we won at Forest after playing most of the game with 10 men

Back in the 80's was brilliant away from home, with a special mention for the League Cup 1 all draw away at Leicester in 85 after we best them 2 nil at home in the 1st leg to knock them out. They were top flight, us 3rd division, it was also the night of the riots in Leicester City center as the police were all at Filbert Street.....
Felt like we kept it up for a whole half of the game, every time it wavered and the Leicester (baby squad were they called?) in the terrace next to us started to sing we built the noise back up to drown them out.
One of the best nights I can remember from my 1st full season going.

One that always amused me was “ He’s fat, he’s round, he’s taking Forest down”. 
Think it was old Roy Kinnear, bless him. 

Here's another. Would be allowed these days. 1st game season 84/85. Thousands of us away at Bournemouth. Great crack with the constabulary. Then a very good looking blonde WPC appeared. She was serenaded with "GYTOFTL"... if you know, you know.
She took it in good part and burst out laughing.

Preston away in 15/16, picking out one of their fans and singing “you’re coats from Matalan”. He got that wound up he was kicked out by stewards, he was with his son too 😂

I remember Willie Young getting sent off at the BBG and arguing with the ref for what seemed ages and the popside singing "little Willie Willie won't go off" to the tune by Sweet.

I will forever have fond memories of letting super ref Graham Poll know how  affectionate we were towards him.
