Basically what I alluded to the other day in another post - for what it’s worth we should always stick to our budget because we know what happens when we don’t 

Matt Clarke went from League one to Brighton and didn't kick a ball for them. Just kept going out on loan season after season and eventually ended up at Boro. Highly likely same will apply to Cashin if he goes now. Better for his career to stay and give his best for Derby in my opinion. He's not ready for the premier League.

We should get Brighton to lend back a better player than Cashin in midfield or forward position. (If he goes there)

We are 1 year out of near extermination we have a EFL budget plan which won't we favourable to us regardless of what they say we all want better players to sign but at the moment we can't. 
We need to lose a few players that can't dominate this division and get some nastiness into our team we are way to nice

Don't forget them not paying the tax either, they're guilty of multiple offences and are not being punished appropriately.

Cashin can't play in a 3 on the left too slow he's getting targeted at the moment fozzy is better there put cash in centre rest Bradley for now and tell nelson to stop thinking he's Baresi with the suicide passes into the middle 

I think we need a energetic nasty dcm and another number 9 and that would do providing we keep all the squad we have,remember we still have barks and sibs to join up yet so Rooney and thommo would probably drop out of the match day squad without anymore signings plus I'd like to see our academy players  involved to show them a pathway to the 1st team exists if you put the work in

If his agent or the lad himself have expressed a desire to leave then get a good deal for the club and bring people in who want to be here the same for all the players there is no loyalty in football anymore. 
But I wouldn't want to join hull because Liam will be one of the first casualties if there results keep going the way they are 2 losses already one against the mighty doncaster

Bird just doesn’t do enough. Not strong enough in the tackle to be a CDM, not got the engine to be box to box, not quick enough of thought or progressive enough with his passing to play more advanced. I don’t see what we’d lose if he wasn’t in the team. I’d happily revamp the whole midfield. We need energy and creativity and we don’t have anywhere near enough currently. 

Good - they've not been good enough and should feel low about it. Let's hope that inspires a reaction and we get our season going on Saturday!

Don’t know what the big deal is? Birds played like he’s downed tools ever since he broke into the team? 
Can someone tell me what he does on a football pitch for saying he’s a “footballer”?
I thought a footballer could tackle, create chances and score goals and he does neither and never has? Can’t run on top of that 

Got to say I respectfully disagree with the ‘I don’t want Sharp here’ talk and think it’s a bit daft. Yesterday was a reminder of what I think some of our problem was last year in that we really lack winners in our current side. Lots of good footballers, lots of nice players, but not many who you’d say have a real winning mentality. I do think Bradley and Nelson have a bit of that so think we are ok at the back but we lack a winner in more attacking areas and Sharp would tick that box for me no matter of his age. Also the market hasn’t moved in a way that has made players like Godden, Lapado and seemingly Smith available at this time. Derby are also in a tight market as they need 25-30 year olds, willing to play in league one but can also play consistently in front if big crowds. That isn’t easy.
We need someone who can get something out of nothing, turn draws into wins etc and I think I’d rather have Sharp here than anywhere else in this league.
