Personally I don't think Stearman has the anything to play anywhere as a regular starter.

Hasn't really gained anything mentally with experience to compensate for what he's physically lost.

5-10 minutes off the bench for "Bucko Time" sure, but any more than that and I'll be s******* myself every week.

I think that's a bit harsh there was several games last season where he played the full 90 minutes,  the 2-0 win against sheff utd being one , played 90 against forest , so this season having him as an option with Davies and cashin is pivotal over a season spanning around 50 games with cup fixtures

Would want a proper right back in there. Don’t think Stearman has the place to play out wide.

Doesn't have any pace but neither does forysth and he does ok,  stearman played most of his career at right back I believe?

I’ll be one of those people that purchase a ST as soon as they go on sale but, I’m not too concerned if others purchase theirs at a slightly later date at the same price. I’d much rather season ticket sales were maximised rather than those of us willing and able to renew early were rewarded. In a normal year, the reward you are describing is covered by the early bird offer but this isn’t a normal year.

Just out of curiosity how much roughly will a ST be this year? 600/700?

The great managers have an X factor.  I'm not sure you can learn that.

I find Rosenior incredibly boring and irritating in his interviews.  The way he talks about training to be a manager is like some caricature that I can't quite place, David Brent maybe?

Talks a good game, but has not shown that he can implement it.

Fans are awful at picking managers, and for that reason Clowes would be wise to avoid Rosenior.

He hasn't been able to show it yet as he didn't have any say in the team set up , rooney did. I think he comes across better than Rooney in interviews and looks far more passionate when we score an important goal , I have faith in him

We have 4 weeks to get players in. I'll be very surprised if we don't have at least a starting 11 and a couple of subs of upper L1 quality by that point.

Agreed , if we can extend some of the contracts we have now then we will probably already have a full 11 that played atleast a chunk of last year

28,000 fans based on what, we’ve not sold a ticket yet.

Probably based on the fact that people on here for some reason are saying they can't wait to get a season ticket even with our uncertain team and season this year ? I for one don't have that kind of money lying around and if I did I would want to make sure we have a full squad first

I want 100% Rosenoir to be the new manager.

I want the consistency. I want him to be able to maintain some of the relationships he has built with players including non contracted players.

He deserves the gig. Let’s not forget, a Championship side wanted him as their manager and a few on here are saying he’s not good enough?

Has Mac definitely gone to Man Utd? Would he make a good assistant? Either way - I’m not sure Rosenoir needs lots of experience in the number 2 role - he just needs a very good coach. Maybe a Michael Carrick type individual or maybe someone more offensive minded.

Either way, what worries more is whether we can offer him the job whilst in Administration? Three days (if that’s what the deadline for Clowes is) is three days wasted to get new players in etc

I wouldn't have rosenior AND Carrick,  I think we would need someone who knows the lower leagues wether that's someone that can come in under rosenior or wether he is no 2 under a league 1 manager , someone like ferguson or Holloway etc , wouldn't want 2 without managerial experience in what will be a tough season with rebuilds

  8. Great half by ravel , dont really see what Knight brings to the team other than defensive energy though , everytime he gets the ball he either turns round and passes it to who is closest or puts in the worst cross known to man , great performance first half from the team though
