This has taken some sparkle off the preseason in my opinion. The most efficient way to cut wages is to have no players to pay. Just saying.

Looks like a half decent side developing in my opinion.

Oh yes he has. It is undeniable that he has s chance to build s team but whether he can build a good one remains to be seen. 

Rooney kept us up which was the target. He has got a chance to build a team. After 15 games all will be clear about which direction that we are headed

We need to cement this relationship before the sands of time engulf it. We will never get to the point where we need to gravel to sell the club in a set timeframe. Several potential buyers may be in the mix.

Plan Rooney - gather all the players that you want at training ground. Give them a pre-season. Last minute reprieve to let us sign players. Sign a new team of fully trained players all on one day. What is not to like.
