That’s a great way of looking at it. Break the season into 3 game chunks. Even if we lose when they win, as long as those results are reversed the next week, we’re back where we were, and when they lose one, if we draw, we’ve made up our point over those 3 games. 
It means we don’t have to panic if we lose one when they win, and we fall another 3 pts behind. Over any 3 game period, we’ve still got a chance to make that back up, and still get the extra point we need. 
if we win when they lose, we’ve made 3pts up. We could go the next 8 games without making up a single point. 
min fact, based on the idea of only needing to be within 3 pts come the last game of te season, we only need to do that once over the next 14 games, win one game while they lose one. Then match their results and win on the last day. Easy peasy.

Really ? We still have nearly a third of the season left. Lots of twists and turns before then. My worry is a couple of injuries to key players and how demanding the run in will be for a threadbare squad. I didn’t dream we would be in this position so bring it on. Nothing to lose, all to gain ??

Currently we are 5 points behind with a better GD. So I make it that we have to gain a point more than them every 3 games ??

It's funny the state of the BBG and the passing team we had under BC and, yet, he had the "pitch" watered before games.

Anyone who says we get a raw deal out of referees should have been there that night. Penalty for pushing in a wall prior to the free kick being taken.
Not that I was bothered about it that night of course.

Genuine question- is that percentage reflected in us faffing around passing it around the back or do the other teams in that list also undertake that same practice. I have no clue as normal.
Would be insightful to see a break down of where the passing zones are actually based, whether it be in defence, midfield etc.
Still good to see us top of a stats list though.
