I'm also nearing 40 now and don't like change of any sort, and everything I'm into seems to go back to the 90' early 00's, everything since then is rubbish ?

I don't think he'll leave, he's at home here and has what, 2, 3 more years maybe? He's been here that long I think he'd be happy just seeing out his last couple of years here and keeping him and his family settled

It's annoying for us fans, especially with all the expected dates, I never expect us to meet an expectation now.
But taking our emotions out of it
It won't affect anything player wise if it's this week it or next, players will have negotiated deals or not. They won't be waiting until tomorrow and just decide "oh its expired, I'll leave then". The players will have terms agreed ready to go if they want to stay.
