Got mine for Blackburn. Last went during the Lampard era. I had more impact on the game than Wilson, Mount and Lawrence...

Reiterating what most people think and hope. If this was the only offer they would have accepted it on behalf of the creditors so there must be a better offer on the table.

The administrators either liquidate Derby or take the EFL to court. It's already obvious no one will buy the club with the extra risk if these claims. It's progress even if it is bad news.
If they'd said the opposite we'd probably have a preferred bidder announced tomorrow.

If MFC are not happy with the EFL punishment that we have received they should take it up with the EFL and not us. If they don't like it they can leave the EFL. From what I'm aware no-one is forcing them to be members.

Surely letting Marshall go now allows the U23 keeper to be in the squad therefore reducing our wage bill and maintaining three keepers.
Absolute joke if this is not allowed. Maybe we should formally release him and immediately sign him?
Has the world gone mad or is it just me?

First year I've got three saeson tickets in my immediate family. We didn't go to Bouremouth as my wife was self isolating gtom COVID. I tested myself and all the kids and we're all negative but I did not want to risk passing it onto the more mature around me.
COVID is a reason why people are not going.
We'll be at the next home game, got Bristol away tickets and hopefully getting Cardiff.

If anyone went to the open training session and watched the three keepers doing their pass and control exercise it is obvious to see they are not up to it.
I see why tactically we woud want to, paticularly with the squad we have, but the keepers are not good enough. This is being proven in most of the matches we play.
The best outlet we have for the keeper is when Forsyth pushes up high.

What happens if no one wants to buy the club like the situation we found ourselves in? How long do they keep servicing the debt for?
The reality is that most football teams are not well ran. I did not think we were all that bad until Morris decided to pull the plug - I just thought we were going through a reset period within FFP and Morris would fund another go at promotion in a couple of years when we have FFP leeway. I was convinced second time round with a local chairman and supporter, and lessons learned, we would do it. We'd have a couple of years watching experienced players but also the new young core coming though - Knight, Buchanan, Bird, Stretton, Ebosele etc...
What do we expect the next owner to do? If they have a crack at promotion and lose a load of money what will they do?
If they run us sustainably we simply won't get out of the division.

Well ran? Leicester have lost £90m in the last two years. How can they be well ran?
When the owner decides he no longer wants to keep paying that to keep the club running (because it will happen at some point), as ours now has, are they still well ran?

I guess they didn't go to Barnsley ?

We don't play in a way or system that suits him. I'd like to see him in a 442 playing wide a few games in a row but not sure the rest of the squad suits that. I think he would be really good there. I find it strange we bought him, he clearly is not enough of a hold up player or a goal threat to play in a front three.
-
I think Stretton trained in the midweek session so hopefully will be involved. Knight didn't.
-
It has to be Shinnie. Great to see him get the goal second half and go bananas but if we had another option he would have been pulled off at half time because he was dreadful first half. He needs to improve.

Looks like I'm back in the game for this one having missed the deadline. Expensive trip though, my 11 and 9 year old want to come!
Over 3000 away support should make some great memories. I would love a Curtis Davies late winner from a set piece.

I've been looking for that, can I ask where you have found that pay on the day is available?

Ravel not passing the ball forward sticks out like a sore thumb because he's the only one who consistently does it.

I don't think there is any doubt that Morris and Pearce used the amortisation policy to give us an advantage at during 'a period of time.'
From what I understand we were punished accordingly:
'Alongside a financial penalty of £100,000, the Club received a reprimand as to its future conduct and was ordered to submit revised and restated accounts for the years ended 30 June 2016, 30 June 2017, and 30 June 2018 to the EFL by Wednesday 18 August 2021.'
So until we find out exactly what those accounts tell us we do not know what rules we have broken.
If it turns out we have broken the rules and are given an additional points fine you can see why other teams in the EFL would be annoyed we were not punished last year.
In reality we really should have been punished the year before though if we are found to have broken the rules.
To me the process has been so badly managed by the EFL that there should be some kind of explanation to all of the EFL members why it has taken so long and why it has still not been resolved since they got the accounts in August.

These numbers are crazy. I have no idea why anyone would want to take any club on.
Leicester, probably the nearest example to us in the PL, have been really successful and have lost nearly £90m in two years.
What will football do when the owners decide enough us enough?
-
Sorry for your loss. Having lost both of my parents relatively recently prior to covid and my father in law to covid I would be absolutely livid if I was you.
I genuinely hope and believe you will be seen right by the club though.
Keep us posted on how you get on. I'll show my support for you however I can if needed. I'm sure there are a few fellow Rams out there that will do the same.
-
And they'd lose the £500,000 or so they are getting each month now unless we are still not paying?

If anything happens on the managerial / coaching front we need to try and get Curtis Davies involved - can't imagine he will be able to play that many games next year.
