I can only comment to a degree because my favourite beer (at the old age of 27) is draught Bass with no head lol. The European beers I have tried and liked (such as La Choufe, Leffe and Ename) do seem to retail and stupid prices here though.

Just stick with cheddar, no reason to look beyond the trusty cheddar. Solid, dependable and can be melted on almost anything to significantly improve the dish.

iOS 12 is out by the way, don't be afraid to install it on older devices as it comes with performance/optimisation boosts, people with phones back to the iPhone 6 are reporting that it's like a brand new device.
Did you hear that Android, the latest software is available on a 4 year old phone and increases speed!

I watched it again last night and feel a good part of that is down to Day-Lewis who has to ridiculously overact in most things he is in...making it feel like theatre.
Actors like di Caprio ..or a Tom Hanks who are more 'everyman' type actors are really undervalued. Shutter Island or Saving Private Ryan show you don't always need histrionics to grab an audience's attention.

correction, the Ashbourne place, Maison du Biere has already opened.

The Alexandra, Brewery Tap and Blacksmiths Lounge have the biggest Belgian range as far as I know.
There is a good Belgian bar in Leek and there will be what sounds like an amazing 300 bottle selection place opening in Ashbourne later this year.
