abertawe_ram reacted to Dimmu in Rate the last film you saw partie deux
Derby County - Sheffield Wednesday (2021) stars Martyn Waghorn, Matt Clarke and Marlon Pack. Thriller/horror.
Relatively boring for the first 40 minutes, but rest of the about 60 minutes has more twists and turns your can take. Only recommended if you have a healthy heart. The ending is marvellous as well!

abertawe_ram reacted to Kernow in Summer 2021 Transfer Window - Suggestion Thread
God knows who we're keeping, god knows how much money (if any) we'll have to bring in the numbers we need, but here's my first suggestion:
Marlon Pack.
(Yes I'm making this thread early purely for that reason, let me be)

I used to live a couple streets over from the vetch as a student. Too young to have seen it in its "hey day" sadly. It made the BBG look like Wembley as far as I can tell ?

Looked handy and by far our best attacking threat. Rooney had to take him off if we really want to be serious about relegation... I think that's the main reason Sibley is on the bench as well.

I don't normally buy my booze in b&m to be honest but I found myself in there the other day and noticed a couple of interesting bottles in the beer section. First of all they do a large bottle of the Innis & Gunn bourbon barrel aged for a very good price.
The other interesting one was "Ginger Tom", I'm a big fan of Robinson's old Tom so thought I'd try this version, especially as a redhead! Its overpoweringly gingery to be honest but it was worth trying

There's a lot of ex and future players going on between the two in that game. Howard, Oakley, Powell (these 3 got excellent receptions I seem to remember) and Savage.
Think I heard Waghorn's name too, maybe around that time that we started being linked with him in every single transfer window until eventually signing him about 5 years later!

You have to give our recruitment team credit - they didn't forget Andy King or indeed Chris wheale from that stellar Leicester outfit.... ?

Loved Peschisolido! One of those signings where at the time I thought - really journeyman striker at the end of his career - but he was class for us.
Wonderful attitude/application and a really smart footballer with it

So embarrassed to be on that hideous shirt, they decided to fold the company completely?

I thought that was just a myth, to stop little boys playing with their tinkle!

I remember being at this game and the pace Barnes showed for his goal was unreal. I nearly pissed myself laughing at Kevin McNaughton pumping his arms and legs through custard trying to get back to within a mile ot Giles ?

Great news for Tomori!
I wonder if the Italian influence could take his game to the next level? He always had the physical attributes and seemed to have a great attitude as well. Add in some defensive know-how in the style of Nesta, Maldini, etc then England could have a top class centre back option!
Would be very happy to see that happen
