So us being 1-0 up and Wildsmith giving away a stupid penalty and us hypothetically losing this game is Paul Warne's fault? Ok then.
Yes it is, because we have a manager who is scared of his own shadow.

How's that possible when we're second in the table?
That’s despite Warne, not because of him.

Watch the goal back. Little nudge on the keeper by Gayle, does enough to put him off. Not quite enough to foul him. That's as good as an assist for me.
Their two defenders apprehending Nelson, virtually handcuffing him was more noticeable.

Any danger of a shot on target?

This. 👍
There were a thousand questions at the time, but a million answers.
We were all made fully aware of the (numerous) options at the time, given all the info, and were all made aware of the consequences of our decisions, including those relating to long term/continuous renewals. The club did all that it could under the circumstances, imo.
It's a shame for @Rambam... and I ain't here to gloat... but it ain't unfair. Any "loyalty bonus" was dished out at the time... by Mel.I'd imagine (wild guess!) that Mr Clowes renewed at the time, kept his ST loyalty bonus, then ended up forking out to buy the whole bloody lot a couple of seasons down the line anyway! I don't think it's fair to ask him to show any further goodwill, particularly pertaining to before he was king!

I’d have a darned sight more than 5(4) seasons loyalty if not for the fact I was selling the club programmes for 20 years up until the end of 2018/ 2019.
But that doesn’t count for anything of course, especially as it was for the most part contracted out.

This is my fifth season of having a season ticket but was not offered the five year discount, because of the pandemic season we couldn’t go to.
I had to go to the ticket office to find this out.
That’s over 20% increase for me.
I think as a gesture they should allow that year as a loyalty bonus. Anyone got Mr Clowes’ email address? -

It might be worth trying Adams up front. That’s his favoured position funnily enough.

We’ve actually played two more away than home. Three of the next four are at home.
Bugger.

Rather than criticise the ball boys / girls, we should be looking at what we do (or more to the point don't do) when we get the throw-ins. I have sympathy for whoever takes them - there's virtually no movement to receive the throw in space and it's not just this season or even Warne's tenure - it's been a poor feature of our play for a number of seasons.
It drives me mad!
100% agree. It’s like no one wants the ball.
The first half in particular; how many times were we caught offside and how long was the ball out of play? It was a painful watch. -

You want to get him in now?
If possible. In some capacity.

He left Arsenal last summer.
Still unlikely to happen.
I doubt Steve views us as just another team outside the top flight.

Like Arteta stood next to Pep, Steve stood next to Arteta.
Get him in, I say. Local guy, with previous ties to our club. -
Darren Moore, who was unfairly ditched by Wednesday, but couldn’t hack it at Huddersfield? No thanks.
The main problem with Warne is his giant inferiority complex. With the players he’s got they should have the mindset of world beaters, not being told Shrewsbury are a tough side to beat.
-
The pathetic ball boy performance matches the worst pitch I’ve ever seen at PP. I don’t count the pandemic one.
Why are we so unprofessional? Don’t we want to go up? -
Warne’s late game management at home has been woeful.
-
Again, at home, Warne’s game management is appalling. We fall too deep, give up attacking. What do you expect, Einstein?
-
At the end of the day, that trophy is an irrelevance to us. Also an opportunity to get injured.
Like all the cups, I’ll forsake the chance to play Man United in a one off for the certainty of getting out of this unwarranted EFL punishment division.- Sweetness34 and Elwood P Dowd

I had tickets for the Manchester gig, but when somebody offered me £450 for the two, I bit their hand off.
I also sold them the tickets.
I think it's always funnier at the event because you're in a room with like-minded people all there to laugh. And laughter is contagious.I loved the Office and some of his stand up.
These ‘jokes’ about kids with cancer or the disabled.
I notice he has lots of empathy for animals.
Does anyone seriously believe if he had a sick or disabled child, he would be saying these things? Or even if he actually had kids. -
Their movie content is terrible compared with Netflix.
They’ve already tested the water with Freevee.
They can do one.

We score one goal now, and he goes defensive, trying to hang on, ridiculous. With these players we should be out of sight..
