Scott129 got a reaction from Kathcairns in Eiran Cashin - new contract to 2027
Surely we have to be working on Sibley and Thommo's extensions too?
Even if it is just to sell them in the summer.

Scott129 got a reaction from Reggie Greenwood in Eiran Cashin - new contract to 2027
What would be looking at now?
If it was £4million or whatever in the summer, and if he continues his good form for the rest of the season, are we looking more towards 10? 🤷♂️

Huge news.
Now even if he does leave in the summer, we should be able to get a really good wedge of cash for him.

I can't WAIT for Warne's pre-match presser.
Sibley's was uploaded yesterday (probably means he'll be starting), so Warne's should be with us this morning.

Exactly - the communication has been f***ing awful.
'There are no restrictions'. Except there are.
'We're confident on getting a striker'. No striker... In fact, let's loan one out.
Always over-promising and under-delivering. Fuming.

That wasn’t the message that the club was giving out. Would be a stupid move anyway, there won’t be a better chance of getting out this league than this season.

Judging by some of the old jollop we got last summer, should have kept hold of the purse strings then as well.....

We have to consider suspensions when talking about Collins too, not just injuries.
Just awful from us to not have any cover for him.

Sell the young, buy the old.
The OAP revolution continues!

I'm dreaming here big time:
Kierffer Moore allowed to leave on loan. He got his career back on track in 17/18 for Rotherham, scoring 13 in 22 games, under... Paul Warne👀
(edit: It does look like he's joining Ipswich but here's to hoping)

Scott129 got a reaction from G STAR RAM in Why Do we as Fans Love a new Signing
Answers just off the top of my head. Probably missed some very obvious ones.
A/ Which signing did you not like or was keen on but turned into a great signing in your opinion ?
CKR. Everything I'm not a fan of in one signing - an aging journeyman striker with a pretty terrible goal-scoring record. Ended up loving him and he scored some crucial goals for us.
B/ Which signing did you want so much yet turned out to be not so great ?
Jozwiak. I loved that we were finally looking abroad and thought we'd got ourselves a proper gem. Flattered to deceive, to put it lightly.
C/ who pound for pound for what we paid has been our best value for money signing ?
Either Chris Martin or Craig Forsyth, purely for quality and longevity. Both integral parts of the best Derby team I've seen in my time.
D/ who has been the worst waste of money
I don't want to but I'm going to say Bielik. Superb player when he was fit but £10m for less than 50 appearances is horrendous value for money.
