Let’s be realistic nobody is going to pay much of a fee for him. Forget what we payed, totally irrelevant post covid. He’s too injury prone. Most clubs aren’t spending much money at the minute so no one is going to blow what would be a significant amount of their budget on a player who isn’t capable of completing a good run of games without picking up a knock. Yes he is a beast on his day but I’d rather have a player who is 7/10 over 40+ games than one who is 8-9/10 over 12 games. A loan out to get him off the wage bill and enable us to build further is most likely then cut our loses on him. The last remnant of a terrible period of over spending and underachieving by the club. 

Great interview with him and a great achievement by him, especially when you consider everything that has happened in his time, injuries, managerial changes etc. I’m pleased the contract will see him into his 10th year. Well done Fozzy. 

Yes of THAT team had to play week in week out in the league. This was basically the kids and reserve players barring Cashin I'd have thought so this team will not play a single league match as a team this season.

This is what I’ve missed! 26 days ago we didn’t have a club,no owner,5 players,no season tickets sold,no kit or sponsor and a couple of weeks behind in the pre season fitness stakes.Now the club is safe,we have an owner,15,000 season tickets sold and 11 new players signed with more to come.All other areas of the club improved and work in progress on those that haven’t.

The problem with Rams fans is that they want a 20 year old England International striker with 10 years Premier league experience, on a free transfer, who gets 20 goals per season and will play for 30 bob a week. If not they are a pile of crap.

Poor first half - Hourihane struggling in the 'bird 'role . Our forward players are doing nothing and no shots yet . We clearly miss energy and the  passing play here. Get some fresh legs & ideas or its over.

No chance, you agree to a contract you stick to it unless somebody buys out the contract, absolute snake. Don’t want players like him disrupting the dressing room, don’t let the door hit you on the way out and I hope he stubs his toe on the way through it.

Yes but the discussion was whether or not there were any consequences for going into administration, because the wednesday fan suggested there was not. Obviously there were and you appeared to be trying to make out that there were no consequences for some reason.
The punishments set by the EFL were the points deduction, the embargo and the business plan, but that is not the only negative consequence of going into administration as the Wednesday fan suggested.

You sound like you wanted us to be punished, whatever MM done Breaching FFP and going into admin collectively saw us lose 90% ish of our squad and also saw staff members lose their jobs.
So yes, going into admin has cost us, whether that's losing players by not being able to offer contracts, losing our youngsters because we needed to bring money in, blaming the administrators for those decisions is daft, they had to do it to bring money in BECAUSE we were in admin. If they didn't, that would have seen us go under.
But you are well within your rights to agree with other fans who think we should have been punished more.

We would never sell any players, they would all leave when their contracts expire!
