I've seen this complaint form posted multiple times across social media, but has anyone actually looked at it? The form is only really intended for creditors and people close to the insolvency process. You have to provide actual details of where you believe there to be malpractice and crucially - provide the evidence
God help any Derby fan who has attempted fill this in with nothing more than emotive anger/frustration on their side. "Deaf Ken in the pub says" is not evidence of wrongdoing
You will be pleasantly surprised at the speed with which these spurious complaints will hit the recycling bin

The mods have made it perfectly clear we need to be careful what we post, and who we post it about... more than once over the past day or so.  I imagine there's a reason for that?
I've also seen reference to the number of pages that this thread would be on now, if it weren't for the masses of deletions that have been made.  Let's just say it would be "considerably more"!
So clearly, folk are indeed posting stuff that the forum rules prohibit, and/or put @David at risk of a libel suit or two!

No, today is a Sunday.  It is one of the two weekend days, alongside Saturday, which intersperses the five days of Bank Holiday we enjoy between Monday and Friday. ?

You've missed nothing in 1,930 pages, let alone overnight!  I was being sarcastic.  When I set off (26th May), it was reputedly all but done!  ?

They have instructed their lawyers to trawl social media for people proclaiming untruths about them. Personally I think they are the best insolvency practitioners I have ever come across. Their communication skills are first rate and would recommend them to any other professional football club entering administration. Their fees are reasonable, perhaps below the industry average and they always consider the fan base in providing regular updates.
