No the time to worry is when there is something to worry about...duck the EFL....they've done us Zero favours thus far and I don't trust them as far as i could throw em....there statements have not been totally accurate to date and have killed this club by not allowing COVID payments when all other clubs did receive and now changing the rules mid season to suit certain people  and not allowing Rooney to sign free agents when we get a PB ....Rooney's demeanour over the last couple of weeks is there for all to see and I feel for him and the team and staff as they seem to have gone above themselves to give us a fighting chance...at no time have i seen much help from the EFL ...they are a shambolic disgrace of an organisation....not fit for purpose....so Duck the EFL....admins will have a PB and we will survive

what they can do is make the club easier and a better prospect to buy. they sat around twiddling their thumbs about the boro case until mel and gibson themselves sorted it. i know we all dont want players to be sold but they needed to be, i argued this at the time the responbility of admins is to raise funds. now half of those players we could have paid for the rest of this season are going on a free transfer for nothing and that is them writing off millions of pounds at the off chance that we stay in the division

This is pretty much my interpretation too...

So I am as anti-EFL as anyone; they're not fit for purpose.
But I cannot understand the anger over their statement today. Any anger should be aimed squarely at the Administrators.
They had an extension to proving we had funding for the rest of the season that took them to today. At the very least, they should have updated the EFL. Be nice if they also updated Rooney and the fans but I no longer expect that courtesy.
Some on here have asked why some others of us are really worried by this statement today. Well to start with, it was a deadline to prove that we could finish the season. Without such proof, there is a danger of us being thrown out of the league. If that's not bad enough, the delay may indicate that none of the bidders, if there are any, have reached the minimum "price". If that's Ashley playing his game of bidding as little as possible, that doesn't auger well for the future either does it?

Results haven’t gone our way recently but the most important thing to do is keep the faith. It’s still far from impossible, Reading aren’t just going to keep winning and Hull are in free fall with us having 1 game in hand over them. COYR.

Played well second half but overall lack of attacking threat. Poor final balls (apart from last few minutes). Millwall looked organised and sharp. Deserved their win. Damage done first half.
