Spanish got a reaction from Rammy03 in Relegation watch
I think losing our most influential player and then being comprehensively beaten on wednesday has shaken a few. I can see why. The new guys need to be good and we haven’t seen them yet. If they are not then the current Rooney form is under threat

I don’t believe we will be relegated, well certainly not as much as I did under the previous management. The question to be answered is how good are the new guys. If they are like our normal January intake I will become increasingly concerned

probably the last time I will bother to do this
AFC Bournemouth15:00Birmingham City
Brum remain in trouble but win or lose if the better our score by 1 they go above us. Change of manager might be what Bournemouth need to stop their terrible run, Hope so. Bournemouth have won the last 2 meetings
Millwall15:00Sheffield Wednesday
wendy won 4 lost 1 and looking for the path to the payoffs. Last 5 pairings have been close affairs. Could be anything
Preston North End15:00Rotherham United
R's chairman to be evicted from the ground for singing something about knob ends. PNE won only 1 of their last 5. Rovrum won last 2 pairings so I don't have a great deal of hope about this one
Wycombe Wanderers15:00Nottingham Forest
Florest beat them at home and are also hopeful of a playoff push; fools. Wycombe to park the bus but really can't see anything but the gap widening
Generally not expecting this to be a great Saturday

Spanish reacted to RoyMac5 in Louie Sibley
If they're not training well (as Rooney has specified) then in matches they risk injury, or they can't last the whole match. What's idiotic about that? He hasn't said such about Sibley anyway.

I think the Gary Rowett season suggested that he was done as a Championship player.

Spanish got a reaction from Mucker1884 in Path to the playoffs
No lose position; if we go on to be challenging then they will be saying they were right all along, if it doesn't happen they will say they were fishing for bites and caught quite a few big ones

Yes my point exactly summed up far more succinctly and eloquently than I was able to. Thankyou.

Spanish got a reaction from Andicis in Path to the playoffs
Lots thought on here that MTW was our saviour without ever actually seeing him play. We have a bunch of new guys who may or may not be great, we have lost our play maker and arguably our best player and yet the talk is of a promotion push

Spanish got a reaction from Rampage in Relegation watch
Brum, only win once in the last 5, last 3 meetings with Coventry have been draws
Wycombe, last 3 meetings have been draws
florest, last 3 meetings they lost, lost 2 on the bounce get the feeling they need to win
rotherham, lost the last 2 meetings, swansea are on a run of 4 wins and a draw
wendy, knob end have won the last 3 meeting, big game for wendy

This what we need on here, Spanish. So Rick hard to predict these results though. Boro 0-3 Rotherham is the latest example.

Saturday’s games
Birmingham City15:00Coventry City
Brentford15:00Wycombe Wanderers
Nottingham Forest15:00Barnsley
Rotherham United15:00Swansea City
Sheffield Wednesday15:00Preston North End
QPR play Monday. Brum is the only game where a draw maybe ok but I cant see Coventry being dragged back into it now. On the assumption we do our job properly it would be great to see Swansea win. 1 goal better than florest win or lose will see us move above them
