Thanks mate small group of us down here few of us chipped in to get flag last season . I wasn’t there on sat some of the lads were & are season ticket holders in south stand is hard to get a good position for flag in there though . I don’t really go on forums much or Twitter that will be my mate who puts them up on Twitter I was just chuffed to see pic I  had taken on here as this is forum I just usually look on as I love seeing the rams flags all over the country that you post & also find it very useful with the ticket updates how many sold left etc from forever derby & angie ram . On one of our pics you put up is John sims who is a torbay ram & regularly attends home games  played for us in the 70s all the best look out for us at bristol rovers game & port vale away I will be attending these 🐏🍺👍

May I suggest getting a flag with the word Flange on it. No context necessary, we will all know what it means and who it's for.

Can we crowd fund a flag for B4 and ask the club to find a good place to hang it permanently?

Did you not take any on Saturday at Barnsley game? I could only see the Torbay Rams text bit of the flag whilst watching the game.
Pride Park can be a struggle at times looking to hang up flags, especially in the South Stand. I see Swindon Rams sometimes goes down at the bottom near the goal, but has to fold the flag up in a certain way to hang it, and he sometimes goes in the East Stand to hang it up in the East Corner etc.
Anyway I’m sure you enjoyed the game, it’s always great to see Rams flags from all over the world, hanging all around the world etc.

I didn’t say they might not be able to make any home games, just not enough to justify a ST. What if, for example, they work (or have other commitments) every other Saturday or something like one Saturday in three? Meaning they may be able to make a certain number of home and away games but not all home games. What if they can’t afford a ST but would like to attend some home games and a sprinkling of away games?
I don’t really see the argument that someone who’s had a ST for 30 plus years (that includes me by the way. My first ST was back in the 70’s) should necessary get extra priority. The benefits of having a ST are: slightly cheaper match day tickets, guaranteed same seat, guaranteed ticket for big cup ties (even if you have to relocate) and pretty much guaranteed ticket if we ever get to Wembley. That should be enough and doesn’t have to include priority for away games as well.
Whilst, admittedly, it is an extra expense, if a ST holder want to buy away membership they will get priority over someone who “rocks up and spends £40 on an away membership”. This is of course dependent on how many away games attended which is a whole new debate. Should a ST holder that hasn’t been to an away game in years get priority over someone that maybe goes to loads?
Sadly, there is no system that would satisfy everyone. IMO, whilst I would certainly benefit if long standing ST holders had priority, I think the current system is about as good as it can get.

I’m taking this as free licence to shout “‘Mon the Hoops” when playing in our third kit, which I’m sure vast swathes of our support will also be more than happy to get behind.
