You mean the carpark opposite the stadium....that's been there 5 years....well done, 10 points for observation

First of all it was Hillsborough that was a 'dive', then the road passing one side of the stadium is horrible and beyond our control, then she was looking at an empty car park and expecting architecture, hmmmm, maybe she should try Hull next.

Hey by the way, the baseball ground was surrounded by houses and in a bad area but I loved the place, been behind the goal when away fans were put there (osmanston road?) and the side terracing next to you lot, happy days.

Anyway I have a question, how many rows up is kk?

awaits 'ladyram' to jump back into the thread and say its the roughest canal shes ever seen!

Doubt you'll see that because all she has said, and quite rightly, is that the drag around Hillsborough is a shithole.

But it's amazing what good lighting and an airbrush can do to a photograph opportunity.

In the same season that Derby were champions, right up to the time they won the league again in the early 70s I had a job which involved visiting the very worst parts of Derby. Balieve me there were real slums and hovels like there are in any city of town (even Burton come to that). I don't think any district is particularly better or worse than anywhere else.

Surely even the most biased Rams supporter who loved the BBG in Brian's day could not deny that it was not situated in a visually inspiring area. The fact remains that I loved the ground and the area and got on well with the locals.

I don't think we should criticise other parts of the country for being better or worse tan we perceive our own little acre to be.

Believe it or not even Birmingham has it's rough areas.

tangos good for winding up the home fans, you shudnt bite but you all do ;-)

not me mate, i just think he's a *****. The only thing that bothers me is why the police allow him to do it. I've seen Derby lads thrown out of grounds all over the country for doing far less than him.

He's got a high profile - plus they can't get near because of his gut ( that's how Boycie stats in away games too)'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

I can't believe walkleyowl's IQ is four times as much as YR's!

Worksop you missed my point 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' /> One cannot test a score of 15 IQ, and 60 is the level for mental retardation. 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> Also wouldn't higher than be better than as much as?
