Shellsterram Posted March 11, 2012 Share Posted March 11, 2012 went to the Seagulls game yesterday and Maguire did come on but by that time the rest of the team had tired and looked very poor... Varney hardly got a touch either.... took to watching M for the few minutes he was on and he ran around a little but looked quite lost and i think probably only touched the ball 3-4 times. The game itself was pretty poor (took to watching Mr Portsmouth getting thrown out early in the 2nd half and his entourage scrapping (hat, bell and all) with the BHAFC stewards for about 10 mins before they were escorted out of the Amex! I am however worried about the Seagulls a week on Tuesday to be honest! They pass for fun and have attacking options all over the place... they counter attack very quickly too and keep the ball for long periods (although often just passing it across the midfield)... If we play Carroll there we may well get smacked! Make the journey if you can Rams - the Amex is a wicked stadium! (Have my ticket in the Rams end for only my second Rams game of the season - due to work, having two small sons and living in Brighton before the 'armchair supporter' re-posts start!)
