I like the square route solution though (I’m almost as impressed by the fact you know where the square route key is, I’ve not got a clue). I like this challenge, I’m going to give it a go. Plays in one of the top 5 leagues, and is usually a fairly big name (so not likely to be a reserve player for Real Betis). Similar format to wordle - you get 8 guesses of the blurry picture that gets gradually clearer, telling you if league, club, nationality, position and age are correct. I copied and pasted it (although Alt + 251 will work in Excel, and unicode U+251A elsewhere). Unusual for me to try the simple solution first. For instance, I was racking my brains just now trying to come up with a solution for 55. It had two factorials in the solution. I had completely overlooked 42 + 13. I'm led to believe that it's possible to also do 1-100 just using four 4's. I love the challenge of puzzles, especially mathematical ones, and that's what first dragged me in the direction of Mensa 40-something years ago. I can blame the Derby Evening Telegraph for that - they published a puzzle competition, the first prize being a Sinclair Scientific calculator, a free Mensa test and the first year's membership fee.
