They were predicting the use of freight airships as a middle way between traditional air freight and sea freight. They were also suggesting airships for leisure travel, as huge flying cruise ships. One of the leaders is an (albeit estranged) friend of mine and I wish them all the best on it. www.straightlineaviation.com They're only in start up mode at the moment but you have to hope they get to flotation eventually, I said you have to hope they get to flotation eventually.
