gfs1ram
Announced this morning that Coventry City are hoping to build a new Stadium on ground currently owned by Warwick University. Initially with a capacity of 20000 with scope to enlarge the likely cost will be nearly £100 million. How much now to build Pride Park ?? Makes the valuation of £80 million look more reasonable. Anon
Maybe Coventry should have a white elephant on their crest instead of a black one?
RadioactiveWaste
Isn't there a nice modern stadium in Coventry? Couldn't they make an arrangement to use that one?

Thank you for that Coventry, helps our argument with the idiots at the EFL. £80m is a snip, we’ve undervalued PP ??♂️??

Mostyn6
The Ricoh thing was always dodgy. SISU get a lot of flak, but the local council are perhaps more to blame. They demand a % of all receipts at Ricoh, basically meaning that the club cannot make much money on matchdays. This stadium is fair enough for me, keep it owned by the club. Reap any rewards. Millenniumram
Still fail to see how 80m is an unreasonable valuation on pride park. This just backs it up. As long as our valuation truly was independent, then our case has got to be pretty strong.
