Quite fond of a Jaffa Cake myself, whilst they don’t absorb the hot milky liquid as say a digestive, the chocolate topping does soften and combined with that Jaffa centre is just sublime ? I like the ones that come in an assortment box that are a flower type shape with thick chocolate on and a short bread biscuit. I bet Utch knows what I’m talking about.
