  • John terry *cough cough*  more than we pay our whole back line and ours actually play, not go and watch their ex team instead of the one he's at now. But that's another story.

  • Are you on the Christmas crack?

  • It's no more stupid than most of the stuff on there.

That's what our current starting back four and keeper cost.  That's pretty good business if you ask me.

Agreed

That's good in transfer values, but a better measure would be wages of about 85k per week. There won't be many Championship teams paying that much out for a defence. However, they are doing a great job so are providing value.

Fantastic business when you consider how much money we've thrown at getting promoted.

Does this work or is it a con like those hair regrowth shampoos? Worth a try at £15 I suppose.

Looks like Mel just read the thread and decided Chris "Carson and Baird" Evans wasn't so bad afterall.

Chunky on wages but yes very good value even if you add wisdom Ollson Pearce and shackell into the pot it is still very decent

How do people know what wages they are on?

Carson-50k a week

Baird- 55k

Keogh-60k

Davies-55k

Forsyth-35k

Give or take a couple of pound. Brexit and bitcoin has had an adverse effect on sterling

All you need to do is listen to Mels piece on a player wanting 15k a week and it being out of our league to realise these sums are complete Poppycock

Should I move that scurrilous unsupported allegation to the Brexit thread?

My apologies, I forgot about Keogh's recent contract extension, he'd be closer to 85-90k most likely now.

But does Brexit truly mean Brexit? That is the question.
