Well they are in premiership with money and the players want to play in the premiership but they did want to play there with Derby but we fluffed it didn't we. I hope fans realise you don't always need to spend money on players like butters and johnson who havent gelled as we hoped and the bryson who has up and down seasons ,a lot of players with previous managers where played out of position. I personally just depending on the system timmy elfsnik , vermon could be as good as will hughes if given a chance i would be happy with tom laurence if we could get him for a reasonable price and a van de laan/geraint williams type of player, i would like to see bent and blackman to move on and get another fresh young face up front. nottingram Posted July 4, 2017 Share Posted July 4, 2017 If it writes off debt we owe albeit with a slightly reduced fee then it's no different to a different club giving us a 'full' fee and us using then using that to pay who we owe. If true it's not ideal, we all know we've bought badly, but we've sold two players who don't want to be here to their apparent highest bidder.
