Music is awesome. There's a genre for everybody, I can't imagine life without music.

Music was my first love
And it will be my last.
Music of the future
And music of the past.

To live without my music
Would be impossible to do.
In this world of troubles,
My music pulls me through.

Music was my first love
And it will be last.
Music of the future
And music of the past
And music of the past
And music of the past.

Music was my first love
And it will be my last.
Music of the future
And music of the past.

To live without my music
Would be impossible to do.
In this world of troubles,
My music pulls me through.

(I think Control X & V are awesome)

A view .. From a beach across the sea or looking down on the world from the top of the moors, or a beautiful garden. The one that gets me every time though is on a clear frosty night, somewhere away from light pollution and you see the vastness of the sky, the stars, and the universe .. Now that is worthy of awe.

And in an entirely different way .. When you see two old folk weighed down by years but holding each other up with a smile a sack load of companionship and plain old fashioned love.

I am soppy, romantic and proud of it

This time of the year.. The sun shining... The English countryside with the hawthorn in the hedge, blossom and flowers. It really is awesome the way everything springs into life.

Just watched Gardeners World on BBC 2 Pete and I was thinking about adding flowers to this thread....but got sidetracked watching QPR losing to Brighton (great free kick for Brighton's second) I'm looking forward to the weekend's weather and getting stuck into the garden.

We've planted some of them onion flowers this year.

I'm sorry, but if ever a song makes me hate music more, I've yet to hear it.

It's a love letter to music by someone who clearly hates everything good about composition, melody and indeed lyrics.

Each to their own, though.

It's got an interesting 7/8 rhythm though.

Is it one of those songs that is so terribly bad it comes through the other side and is actually amusingly cr@p?

I cut and pasted the lyrics (cos i love cut and pasting) as @EastHertsRam obviously had the tune in his head as he wrote.

I think it does fall into the category of something so aweful it actually goes around the dial and gains merit in its own bizarre way.

It's a dangerous game though - somethings/people fall just short and are therefore absolutely dire - Keith Lemon for one.

Oh goodness me @WhiteHorseRam you have my word, I really didn't have that song in my head when I posted, I've got that song in the same bracket as anything by Meatloaf (to be turned off on recognition) My like to you was an acknowledgment, not a like to that song. Sorry.

Fair play :)

Have to say I imagine Mr Loaf would good to go to the pub or a match with.
