Agreed. When are we truely to blame the PLAYERS and not the manager. Our squad isn't good enough. It's clear. Our fans always blame the manager and our players escape the blame that they should hold. Sure, the manager coaches the players but he's not a miracle worker. If the players don't have the natural ability what is he to do? Is it his fault Alex Pearce can't head a ball? What should he do about that? It's not like we currently have any other options to replace him.

Keep the manager

Build around martin, ince and hughes

Simple

None of this plan B, C , D *****, do plan A well, start games on the front foot, and we will win more than we lose

**** SAKE

Good theory, just hope that between Mel, Sam and Steve we can achieve it. I've always thought that if plan A is good enough, then plans B,C etc aren't so important. Necessary to have, but hopefully as just that, plans B and C for the last few minutes of  isolated games.

Agreed ..In 2013/14 after Mac arrived, our plan A was good enough to beat 90 percent of our opposition

So do many ! It was a good season but we didn't go up ! End of !

Can't see us ever getting back to that level. The reason it worked so well is because it took everyone by surprise. Teams were willing to attack us which meant there was lots of space for us but now most teams just sit back. They always say that whenever you have a good season, you must take advantage of it and go up otherwise you will be stuck in the championship for many, many years.

Time for a different approach.
